Birthday Party FAQs
What’s the price for a party?
$300-$375 for 6 kids (price varies depending on craft project). Extra guests are $30-$50 each up to a maximum of 12.
Do you make anything at the party?
Yes! We have different party packages available featuring a variety of fiber arts activities. All materials are provided as well as expert instruction.

How long is a party?
2.5 hours, 1.5 hours for crafts, and the other hour is for food and presents. Additional time can be added for $50 per half hour.
Can I come early?
You can come 15 minutes early for set up.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes, you can bring any food or drinks you like, please just note we do not have any refrigeration or freezer services available.
Do parents need to stay in the classroom?
The birthday parent/guardian MUST stay in the classroom at all times, but other parents may leave.
I need to cancel my party, how do I do that?
Contact the shop via email (kaitlyn@warmandwooly.com) for any cancellations or changes. The party can be cancelled or rescheduled 3 weeks in advance for a full refund (minus a $20 cancellation fee). For cancellations less than 3 weeks in advance, you will be refunded less $150.
I need to update the amount of kids coming to the party, how do I do that?
You can add additional kids to the party by contacting the shop up to 7 days prior. We can ring up additional kids at the register if more show up than expected.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes, you can bring streamers, balloons, and anything to decorate chairs and tables. You may not hang anything from the walls or ceilings or use anything overly messy such as confetti or silly string.
What are the host parent/guardian responsibilities during party?
The host parent/guardian must stay in the classroom for the entire party, and is responsible for the following:
- Serving all food and beverages
- Opening presents, conducting games, and handing out goody bags or any other party favor
- Notifying the parents/guardians of allergens that may be present at the party including, but not limited to latex and food allergens.
- Arranging for another parent/ guardian to escort a child if the child needs to leave the classroom for any reason (such as going to the bathroom, etc.)
- Ensure each party guest is picked up by an authorized adult prior to leaving the store after the party.
