Crochet 201: Diamond Beanie

Project level: Advanced Beginner

The hat is worked in Mosaic Crochet. Mosaic crochet is a colorwork technique that only requires holding one color at a time. The only stitches you need are chain stitches, slip stitches, single crochet and double crochet!

Materials to Purchase:

• 2 colors in a DK or worsted weight yarn. Use the chart pictured to determine how much yardage is needed for your hat size.
• Pom pom (optional)
• Tapestry Needle
• Stitch Markers
